Classic Pad Ka-pao

150g of any meat or seafood- (the recipe works great with minced pork)

30g fresh basil

Equal portions of chopped green beans, red pepper and onion.

200g Rice noodles

100g prawn or Chicken

50g Beansprouts

1 egg, spring onion, crushed peanuts (optional) and Lime to serve.
